Sub: Inviting item rate quotations for face-lifting of the buildings at CSRTI, Mysore

Sealed item rate quotations are invited by the undersigned from the Civil work contractors of Class III and above registered with CPWD, KPWD, Karnataka Land Army MES, Railways or any other Govt. Agency and carried out similar works satisfactorily for Central & State Government organizations, Undertakings, Semi-Govt. organizations, etc. equal to the value or three works of atleast 1/3rd value during last five years for the following works at CSRTI, Mysore and as per the schedules enclosed herewith :

You are requested to kindly submit work-wise quotations in a sealed cover super scribed with the “ Quotations for Face-lifting works at CSRTI, Mysore Ref.No.CSB/RTI/SED/Mntc/Facelift/10-11 dated 25.08.2010” to :

The Director, Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute, Manandavadi Road, Srirampura, Mysore - 570 008

The contractors/firms shall enclose copies of Registration Certificate with appropriate Authority, IncomeTax/SalesTax/VAT Clearance certificates and experience/work certificates along with the quotation.

The quotations should reach to this office on or before 1.30 p.m. on 9.9.2010 .and the same will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. The quotations received after the stipulated time and date will not be entertained. This office will not be responsible for receipt of the quotations due to postal delay.

The Contractors and parties are requested to kindly read the terms and conditions carefully before quoting your rates.
