With reference to the above, I am to inform that this Institute proposes to have rate contract for a period of one year for supply of computer printer cartridges as per list enclosed. You are therefore, requested to quote your competitive rates for supply of new original cartridges indicating basic price, tax, discount and other terms and conditions if any.

Quotations should be addressed to the Director, CSRTI, Mysore, Srirampura, Manandavadi Road, Mysore 570 008 and sent in a sealed envelope superscribing QUOTATION FOR RATE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF NEW CARTRIDGES. Quotations should reach this office on or before 2 pm on 17.11.2011. The quotations received after due date and time will be rejected summarily. Quotations will be opened at 3 pm on 17.11.2011.
